Outside a number of small batches that I sell at the Fiddlehead Farmer's Market in Gibson's, each treat is made to order fresh
Handmade:
Each is made by hand by me with the help of my 91 year old mother in law, Babs (not joking, you would love her!)
All natural:
Local ingredients to support the local Sunshine Coast economy, no preservatives, additives, exactly what I would feed my family. The lemons themselves are California organics
Distinctive:
Pairings of lemon with lavender, coconut, ricotta, marscapone, fennel, rosemary, basil and ginger
Delicacies:
Cookies, tarts, bars, cakes, loafs, sugars, marinades, marmalades
