Beautiful Bundts
I love these little bundt cakes. They are so precious without being too delicate, if that makes sense. I love how they look in the windowed craft boxes which come in quantities of four and two, perfect to bring as a dinner guest or to take along on a picnic. These I made with poppy seeds and decided not to shake icing sugar on them. Instead I gave them a good soaking of lemon glaze that was made with more lemon than sugar so it really made them moist and lemony. Yum.
